Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases from Vividly Custom, operated by Grand Smooth Global LLC.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to eligible United States delivery addresses accepted at checkout. Checkout is the current source of truth for whether an address can be served.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every eligible order, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery Estimate

Our current total estimated delivery time is 2 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Order handling and carrier transit are separate parts of that total estimate, but we do not publish separate handling or transit durations because those components have not been independently verified. The estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is the current source of truth for a specific order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and Delays

We send tracking information by email after shipment. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier first scans a package. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Before carrier acceptance, we will try to correct an address when operationally possible. After carrier acceptance, a correction depends on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

If tracking is delayed, a package is confirmed lost, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us. We will help review the tracking and available carrier information. If a carrier investigation confirms loss or misdelivery, we will offer a replacement when available or a refund for the affected item, subject to applicable law.
